Est. 2015, Blush is an Australian wedding media house led by Vanessa & Lee Savage,
offering wedding photography and wedding content creation. Based in Stirling in the Adelaide hills.
Our approach and creative vision is set in a modern philosophy, the perfect balance of loose editorial and candid authenticity, art driven and assured in our direction, we like to construct a frame and allow spontaneity to move within it.
Our Work
I would describe our work as joyful, nostalgic and editorial. Our aim is to capture the vibe,
feeling and the energy of the day in a stylish and wholesome way.
We love to direct and prompt and wont ever leave you unsure of what to do next,
as we know from experience that most people don't usually feel comfortable in front of the camera.
The most important thing to us is that you have the best day. We would love for you to look back at your wedding photos and films and remember the purest joy and realness of the day, not an awkward photoshoot.

Let’s put some faces to the name.
We’re Vanessa and Lee, founders of Blush Wedding Photography.
Blush began as a creative project between the two of us.
Vanessa, with a background in fashion photography and a feel for emotional storytelling, and Lee, with a commercial project management past and a steady hand behind the lens.
These days, we lead our small team of incredible photographers and content creators who capture weddings with intention, instinct, and that kind of beautiful chaos that keeps it real.
Why do we love weddings?
Back in 2015 we quickly drew an authentic creative juxtaposition between our editorial fashion and commercial work and our passion as lifelong storytellers. Being both super sentimental and serious in our art form, we realised our value-add in curating that perfect mix of posed elegance, and natural candid photography.

Currently our lead photographers capture your day on high quality pro digital cameras. Recently we have been including some 35mm film. We love it for its lo fi romance. The grain, the softness, the way light lingers on skin, it holds a quiet nostalgia that digital cannot replicate. Film renders colour with subtle depth and texture, diffusing highlights and honouring shadow. It feels lived-in, tactile, imperfect in all the right ways.
